Presenting a new chapter for a Red Hill icon: The Blue Moon Artist Collective.
Generously provided rent-free by the Burgess Family, the vision has been to re-open the unique space as a temporary artist-run gallery.
And as part of my two-and-a-half week pop-up studio, with the help of some local friends, I have undergone the transformation of the space into a functional and professional community gallery. Funded by the sales from my annual Cocoon Series (The Community Chest).
The collective will feature a curated selection of works from local artists, including: Oliver Altermatt, Margaret Amond, Elizabeth Clancy, Emma Cleine, Michael Leeworthy, Natalia Milosz-piekarska, Mark Richardson, Philip Robertson, Charlie Ryan, Gee (Gerald) Ryan, Mary Schepisi, Joshua Searle, Jean Sheridan, Amber Skehan + more.
